Brand is king

Brand awareness is a marketing that you cannot put a value on. There are a million ways to make you and your company stay in the minds of your customers and prospective customers, but a consistent brand is the most important part of that process. The days are long gone when a consumer had to see a brand 7 times for the brand to become recognised and then a potential place to spend money. Now we live in a time where we are bombarded with digital content and was told recently that the same recognition requires 25-30 views to gain the same traction.

So… what does a uniform do to help reinforce your brand identity? 

Well obviously, we would say that it absolutely essential to have a staff uniform, after all it’s what we do for our clients every day! And its true, you and your staff are the biggest advocate of the brand you are promoting or the business you are running. You can have staff that are remembered for their smart appearance, that are instantly recognisable as working for the greater good of your brand, or alternatively a ‘wear what you like’ approach that could make less of an impact on the memories of your customers… I know which I’d prefer!
